Do I have to switch software?

No. Everything runs inside the tools you already pay for - your phone number, Gmail, Google Sheets, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks. If you like your setup, you keep it.

Do I have to sit through a sales call?

No. Send me a short description of the part of your day that eats the most time. I reply by email. You keep working.

I don't know where my bottleneck is. Can you tell me?

How fast will I see something working?

Most single workflows - missed-call text back, a lead going straight into your job list, an automatic review request - are built and running within 5 business days of your description. Bigger cleanups take 2 to 3 weeks.

What if it breaks when I'm on a roof or under a sink?

You own all of it - the accounts, the phone number, the logins, the logic. Nothing is locked to me. The $49 a month covers fixes and tweaks, and if something breaks in the first 30 days I fix it free.

Is my customer information safe?

Everything runs inside your own accounts with your own credentials. I don't store your customer list, and any access you give me during the build can be revoked the day it's done.

Why flat pricing instead of hourly?

Because you shouldn't pay more when I work faster. You know the number before I start: $500 to build it, $49 a month to keep it running. No surprise invoice at the end.

What if it's not worth it for a business my size?

Then I'll say so. The Time Audit is free and there's no obligation. If one missed call a week is your only leak, I'll tell you the free way to plug it.
